5Amico Breakout is an upcoming action video game developed by Intellivision Entertainment. It is scheduled to be released for the Intellivision Amico on October 10, 2021 as one of the console's launch titles, as with Moon Patrol: The Milky Way Chronicles. Gameplay
The game will start out in vertical mode, just like the original Breakout. However, after a short amount of time, the game field will switch to a 16:9 aspect ratio. At the end of a session of the game, the game's high score, as well as the highest combo in the session, will be shown together.
The aim of the game will be to finish levels by getting to the end (known as the goal) of the level within a four-minute time frame by breaking blocks.
As well as having a single-player mode, multi-player co-op modes and versus modes will be available. To play the game, players will be able to use the touchscreen to control the paddle, and use motion controls to angle, aim, spin and curve the ball after hitting it.
The game has been officially described as "Part "block buster" and part 2D side scrolling shooter". No release date has been provided for the game. Tommy Tallarico, the CEO and President of Intellivision, explained that the footage is "a very early build" and that it's "a lot of work-in-progress."

Running at $249.99, the console will come with two wireless controllers with color touch screens, LED lights, motional controls, a microphone, a speaker, force feedback, and RFID. Scheduled to release on April 15, 2021, Intellivision might be cornering a market of families who don't want foul language, violence, or blood in their games.
