Episode 4 (Amid The Ruins) picks up immediately after the end of 3 with the group still in the middle of the herd. Clemmy is with Sarita who has just been bitten. The whole group is fractured, Carlos is dead and Sarah is missing.
Clemmy ends up teaming up with Rebecca who has also been left behind, and then Jane who's basically doing her own thing as ever. Thankfully they make it out and meet up with the others to discover that all are accounted for other than Sarah, who Luke and Nick have gone to find. Kenny however is understandably in a really bad way :( Jane takes Clemmy to try to help Luke and Nick find Sarah.
