No ambient music, no chase music & no monster spawn sounds ✔
Items don’t glow blue in the dark (only when you point your cursor on them) ✔
Modified monster encounters (some hallucinations are real, some monsters are hallucinations, spawn locations are different) ✔
Redesigned maps (some maps now give you constant sanity drain) ✔
Crosshair permanently disabled! ✔
Flashbacks are disabled (if you choose to, as recommended by dev) ✔
