Using the 26 mile main loop & 3 mile Mt Lawlor Road (Barley Flats Rd)

VIP Silver (Traffic Pack) - ($4 - £3):
Extra 3 Traffic layouts, Traffic Oneway Normal / Reverse / Two Way traffic.
All layouts (including Two Way) have the AI limited to a single lane & a max speed of 100mph.
*For no stupid blind overtaking, causing head ons and increasing CPU load.
The 2 One Way layouts are for those without CM and AI Flood,
Increasing the chance of seeing AI over the 26 miles...
52 miles of Two Way traffic, AI Flood is recommended
Includes a simple Hide Wrong Way sign & Flags module.
VIP Silver (Traffic Pack), only uses the roads from the main download, the Extra Roads are not needed.
VIP Gold (Extra Roads) ($7 - £5):
Extra 7 layouts, Angeles Crest Eastbound / Westbound,
Freeroam VIP, Freeroam Urban, Pursuit VIP, Mt Wilson Hillclimb / Downhill.
Extra Roads – Approx 15 mile extension to Angeles Crest (24 miles total).
5 miles of Mt Wilson Road, 3 miles of Mt Disappointment road, 8 miles of Big Tujunga Canyon Rd.
VIP Gold does not require the Traffic Pack to function perfectly.
Optimizations:
Optimized by 750,000+ polys.
Optimized materials & textures.
Changed/added LOD settings to multiple objects (visual roads, road signs, guardrails etc)
Individual dynamic objects number reduced per layout
Merged hundreds of meshes to drastically reduced number of objects, for improved DIPS/FPS
Added extra KSLAYER'ing to more meshes to omit them from the rear view/reflections
Traffic layouts now don't load any unnecessary VIP models for a more optimal session

Added Dynamic groove overlays to all highways & many side roads
These rubber in as the grip level increases. These are set to rubber in at varied rates
Added Urban area at La Cañada Flintridge
Added various road details. Including tar patches, drains, manholes
Added 26 California Highway Patrol skins to main track download.

Added MODS folder to file structure, copy MODS folder to root AC folder and install with CM/JSGME
Top 30 Supporters names on 'Thank You' signs at iconic areas of the track.
Added Flashing road work warning lights to junctions on Normal/Reverse/Traffic layouts
Added wildlife.
Added HeliCams to Normal layout for VIPs, setup for cars around Lamborghini Gallardo SL speeds, for now they are what they are.
Things Fixed
Sorted normal seams on many terrain/road meshes
Smoothed Right hand filter lane at Clear Creek on to Angeles Forest Highway.
Smoothed road to parking lot at Mount Lawlor.
Improved road edge transition blending.
Much Improved road/terrain stitching.
Layout / UI Changes
Freeroam pit boxes reduced to 75.
Freeroam now has boxes at the Regular Start point and Red Box Gap only.
Most layouts pit box/timing/surfaces changed/tweaked.
Slightly different grip settings per road, depending on layout.
All Freeroam layouts have clockwise stage timing, so timing works/resets without an outlap
Start point, 1st clockwise LA Canyons Sign... Finish Point 2nd LA Canyons sign.
(Freeroam Urban / Pursuit VIP have similar timing to Angeles Crest - Eastbound)
No sector 'gates' on stage timed layouts so sTracker/pTracker works fine.
Added separate Normal/Reverse Time Attack modules.
*Deactivate after use as this changes the x3 default layout time gates putting x7 checkpoints approx 4 miles apart.
Pursuit layout re-structured. 32 'getaway' slots at regular start point as before,
'police' pit boxes moved to Clear Creek (x3), bottom of Barley Flats Rd (x3), Mount lawlor parking lot (x5), Hidden Springs (x5). (as indicated on layout UI)
Laptimer activated by either driving clockwise (normal) OR anti-clockwise (reverse)
With the 'evade' line on Angeles Forest Highway (Just past the junction with Upper Big Tujunga)
Added all VIP layout surfaces/models to the regular download...
So no issue including all models.ini & surfaces.ini on servers, for no mismatches,
and no possibilty of anyone cheating and increasing/changing grip levels.
Physical mesh names / materials and many different settings are changed massively between versions!
Server admins should include all surface.ini's and models.ini's from the regular 1.2 version of LA Canyons
Added VIP layouts. Pursuit VIP. 28 Pit boxes in La Cañada, on driveways for 'getaway' drivers.
18 Pit boxes at the Big Tujunga Dam for 'police', evade line at Newcombs Ranch.
Starting grid for online races is at the main traffic lights, the 18 police start points are further down the road.
Freeroam / Freeroam Distant / Freeroam Urban / Freeroam VIP / Pursuit / Pursuit VIP (Online Layouts)
All have a list of Pit Box numbers / locations in their relative layout folder for server admins
