Ana-Mouz is one of eleven World Bosses in Legion, dropping ilvl 860 chests, cape, ring, and Fel Relic Imp-Eye Diamond. Defeating Ana-Mouz is required for the World Quest Ana-Mouz and counts towards credit for Unleashed Monstrosities.
Ana-Mouz also drops Vantus Rune Technique: Tichondrius for scribes.
