Testing with Crazy Taxi (1) for Dreamcast.
I'd call this one playable. Some slowdown/stutter in busy intersections. It's more noticeable in the music than in the "feel" of gameplay.
Remap L & R to both L1,R1, and L2,R2. to make it more comfortable.
The default is L/R are mapped to the inner L2/R2 buttons.
