'And' jons grammatical items that are of the same class.
'Mine' (~'yours') is a possessive pronoun while 'your' (~'my') is an adjective.
Since there is a noun ('responsibility') following, 'my' (and 'your') is the correct choice (not 'mine' & 'yours').
Courtesy demands that we give respect to others and hence 'your' should precede 'my'.(Idiomatic).
Although, speaking colloquially these grammatical nuances are conveniently ignored.
