Testing out the Anemo Traveler (Aether) in a permafreeze composition. He is underleveled (Level 40) and his Talents are all low level. But after some testing I can see him working quite well as the main DPS for a permafreeze composition.

The Swirls he triggers helps maintain the enemies frozen, and his Elemental Burst, although quite unreliable and wonky, can help reduce the enemy defense to the Element absorbed.

The Virisdescent Venerer set might net more DPS than the 4-Piece Gladiator's Finale Set, but the Blizzard Strayer Set might also be a viable option.
