I really think drinking energy drinks make this a lot easier. Be sure to kick the vending machines at the start. If you have access to the Holy Sandals, WEAR THEM! It'll give you an extra life.

The boss has 3 phases. The first is the goocopkopter. Nothing much to say... just dodge, and kick. Don't let the other enemies sneak up on you! You can hear them come out of the trap doors/latches. The second phase is goocopbomber. Here, it's best to way until it gets close to the ground. Kick like mad! You should be able to top up your energy drink here. The last phase is the 1997 Lucida. It's straightforward (even though I made it look the opposite haha). Just stay in front of it, and kick it! I don't find the energy drinks beneficial here, as it's easy to lose control and accidentally bump into the wrecking ball.

I think it's the easiest method to beat Anger Foot's first boss.
