annihilator on gta v seems pretty OP. but on gta 4 pc it seems that annihilator has damage on 1000 per bullet. which lights vehicles on fire. this is not on consoles of course. console version of gta 4 has damage around 200 per bullet and 67 rate of fire. where annihilator on pc has 36 rate of fire. aka time between shots. it can be edited and fixed by going to the common and data files and finding weapon file for gta 4. then open wordpad and change it to whatever you like in the MINIGUN section.
