Run Info

I said most of my advice aloud but def adjust the camera speed so u can rotate in the garden. Learning where the pipes & shit are would speed u up, and cleaning up navigation. at least 6 secs of timesave from that but nothing huge huge.

also i did actually look at the language lengths, and while my method was not perfect (looking at a letter in the 'character' langues/english) I believe this is the shortest option officially. For the VA I am fully assuming english and japanese are the same, mainly bc of the animations. If you can swap languages this easily they are definitely the same across the board (note i have /not/ confirmed this).

my recording lagged during gameplay once. this is probably bc i need to adjust my obs to record more shitty again. I had made it look nicer since i was the older barb games, but I can't really do high quality with my laptop, which is sad as fuck.

How to Record

- Used a "Rocketfish 4K 2-Output HDMI Splitter" to split the Switch HDMI footage onto my TV and laptop simultaneously
- Used a "DavXF Audio Video Capture Card" for my laptop. AKA a stick that takes the Rocketfish HDMI output and shoves it into a USB. It was so popular that the brand has vanished from Amazon and been replaced by an identical looking copy.
- Recorded with OBS using that USB stick as a source
- Used Livesplit for the timer, OBS filters on the window so it was transparent
