So apparently there were a lot of problems with GPU drivers and HDD fragmentation. DXTory for some reason still had some horrible framerated dives, but it ran nicely with FRAPS, albeit with that horrible "cap to the next lowest multiple of thirty frames per second" thing that program does.
I also kind of upscaled this from 1024x768 to 1440x1080 because I was trying to get vegas's H.264 profiles to let me use the "High" profile setting, which seems to only work with their pre-set HD profiles, and this is the only one that doesn't force me to stretch or letterbox to widescreen. Probably won't use it any more because it took over an hour on high-priority to render this.
