I finally managed to beat this one after many, many failed attempts and almost giving up on it, I couldn't find any videos showing this particular challenge either. I couldn't even do it with Sesta. But since upgrading Tsukiha to her new SA form (and pulling a 5-star Oboro on his own banner recently), I decided to give it another go using those two as well as Velette, who is a great thunder offensive support/DPS with good buffs. I also chose to use Necoco AS mainly for her Scintillant Spirit skill; since Oboro puts up Thunder Zone at the start thanks to having 2 thunder units on the field, this will change the element of Tsukiha's attacks from fire to thunder. Melina and Menesia as grasta slaves; Melina can be swapped for someone like Tohme or Sesta for grasta slave.

Basically, it goes like this:

Turn 1: AF. I try to get Raijin level 3 on Oboro here, but he usually ends up at level 2, and that's fine. Make sure Velette gets all of her buffs out, same with Necoco.

Turn 2: I need to swap in Tetra here because after using the Stellar Burst with both Oboro & Tsukiha, the bomb explosion takes everyone to 1 HP. Ogre Baron is weak to thunder for this turn only, so take advantage of Exposed thunder state. Make sure Tetra can heal everyone before the boss attacks otherwise you die here and have to start over. Necoco AS Scintillant Spirit to change Tsukiha's damage from fire to thunder, everyone else attacks with Minis Astrafi/Rising Beat/Scalding Serenade. Also, I forgot to show my sidekicks, but that's fine, he has Pandora's Can) I needed Gunce to get an extra charge here so that he could use his skill on turn 3 to proc 10 stacks of Thunder Break, and reset the awakened Thunder zone. You could get away with Gunce only doing one Actina, but if he gets three charges here, it's possible for him to do two Actinas on turn 3 and turn 5. The second one didn't happen, but that's fine.

Turn 3: Swap back to Gunce; again, if you're lucky, he'll have 5 charges here, if not, only 4. Actina if he does, Necoco AS Scintillant Spirit again, everyone else use Minis Astrafi/Rising Beat/Scalding Serenade again.

Turn 4: Everything works out so you can get just enough AF bar to use a second one, so I use one here only to charge the stellar meter to full so I could use a second instance of both Oboro's and Tsukiha's stellar attacks on turn 5. If Gunce didn't get an extra charge on turn 2, this is when he'll get 5 charges - Actina, then AF. This is where the second instance of RNG applied; I had plenty of resets here because of Magic Drain as they kept hitting either Oboro or Tsukiha, which is what I don't want.
We want that to hit either Necoco AS, or better yet, Velette.

Turn 5: Velette's job is done, so I swap her out for the rainbow sister Menesia. If Gunce gets a second Actina available, then use it, if not, it doesn't matter. Scintillant Spirit with Necoco AS again, then attack with Oboro and Tsukiha.

Finally, I don't have to deal with this dumb challenge level anymore.
