Anthem - Curse of Astrid (Part 1 of 2)
0What is it with this place!?
The Crucible of Astrid is not difficult to figure out:
- One echo turns on the beam to disable the orange wall and grant access to four more (The orange wall removes all items a javelin is carrying through it).
- One echo to control the barriers leading to the pressure plates that need to be powered on via echoes. Three echos in, teleport out.
- The beam-controlling echo is your fourth. Go through the barriers, place last echo.
- This can be soloed (I've done it, takes too long), but it's highly recommended to have two competent people. There are weights near enemy spawns. Use them on the pressure plates.
- All must be pressed at the same time. This activates a beam that powers a console to expose the crystal. BOOM! Multiplier bonus + 3 minutes.
Apparently, that's too hard for my teammates. They fly off before the last step.
