Just a small clip from a tape. I live in the UK and have a load of NTSC based tapes to transfer over. I'm using a Wintv HVR4000 via S-Video to a Scart adaptor. The VHS player is a Sharp VC-MH815. I'm using Dscaler to encode the PAL 60 signal. What I need help with is the settings needed to remove the mesh effect from over the video.

Thats probably caused by interlacing settings, or am I way off? Anyways if any one can offer a few hints please let me know, I'll be reading up and experimenting with some settings.
