With large steamers coming from Warzone to Apex Legends I had originally planned on doing a guide for your average player making the jump. However this turned into more of a Apex Legends Beginner Guide which, if I'm honest, works just as well.

Firing Range - Use the pillars to figure out recoil patterns. Most recoil patterns can be negated with a simple strafe and slight pull down. Use the zip line in the corner to practice movement up and down the zip - shoot the bot closest to the zipline with various guns. Practice shooting while moving, it takes a lot of bullets to down an enemy, shot placement is critical.

Warzone Sprint Movement Speed (Mac-10): 6.74m/s
Apex Gun-out Sprint: 6.5m/s
Apex No-Gun Sprint: 7.4m/s - all characters run at the same rate unless buffed. The feeling of being faster or slower is due to the arm size/animations used.

*Bunny hop while healing
*Lifeline uses healing items 25% faster

Octane:

Octane offers the best potential for incoming Warzone players. His health regen and his movement speed will help these transitioning players feel at home.

Octane Health Regen: 1hp/s

Bloodhound:

Offering the ability to move faster with the active ult "Beast of the Hunt" while also giving players the exact location of the enemies allows Bloodhound to pre-fire for a faster TTK.

Fuse:

Able to stack extra thermites as well as spam his Tactical with no cost to you. Stacking thermites allows you to use the Rampage in it's Revv'd Up state more often.
