Gene and Brad of APeX Ministries give a shout-out to the grade 7 students of the Archdiocese of Vancouver just one week before Spirit Day! APeX shares a little bit of what the participants can expect!

Spirit Day is the annual rally for grade 7s put on by the YMO (Youth Ministry Office) of the Archdiocese of Vancouver. In 5 years, it's grown into the YMO's biggest event, and this year over 1,800 participants will take part. The theme for Spirit Day 2009 is "Believe".
