So Downwell...a Delisted yet so addictive game that had me trying and trying again and again to get down to the bottom of a mysterious well while fighting enemies with....gunboots? Yes, gunboots and goomba stomping them from above as you descend. Collect enough gems, and you'll enter a gem high which temporarily boosts the power of your currently equipped gun module for as long as you keep collecting gems to fuel it. There are also shops which allow you to buy extra ammo and hearts and when you complete a stage, you can get a permanent bonus which stacks with other bonuses and lasts for the rest of the current well drop...assuming you don't die immediately after getting it. It can get tricky to move when there's lots of enemies and stuff on the screen ( it doesn't help that the only colors onscreen are black,white, and red, and that you move as if on ice ) but all in all, it's a pretty fun and addictive game that:s easy to pick up but hard to master. And hard to download considering it's Delisted right now, but oh well. Oh, and it froze after beating a couple levels but I'm sure that's just a one time glitch....
