Steps:

Tap the digital crown to open the app menu.

Then tap the settings cog to open settings.

Scroll down and tap ‘notifications’.

Scroll down to ‘tap to show notification on wrist down’.

Tap the toggle to enable the setting.

When the toggle is green your watch will show notifications when your wrist is down.

You can scroll down and decide which notifications will be shown on wrist down.
