Steps:
Press the side button to open the control panel.
Then tap the torch icon to turn on the torch.
The torch will turn on, then get to full brightness after a few seconds.
You can rotate the digital crown to increase or decrease the brightness of the torch.
You can swipe from right to left to change to a flashing torch.
Or swipe again to get to a red torch.
The red light option will help your eyes to stay adjusted in the dark, as red light doesn't dilate your pupils as much as white light does.
Press the digital crown to turn off the torch.
