Apple Watch Series 3 42mm Stainless Steel Soft White Sports Band Unboxing/Review
The Apple Watch is the type of product that is not a necessity, but it can be very convenient. I was sold on the idea of an Apple Watch years before it even existed, and I was so happy when it was finally announced. On day one, I got the original Apple Watch 42mm Stainless Steel with Milanese Loop and I loved it. Over time, Apple and third parties added more features and apps to use with the watch. Unfortunately, the battery life degraded over time and it also became slow. I used it every day, but for the basic things like notifications. So I decided it was time to upgrade to Series 3, so that I could actually use it with all the apps that the watch has. The design is the exact same, aside from the odd red dot on the digital crown noting that it's a cellular enabled device. That being said, it's not too obtrusive so I'm fine with it. This time, I got the Soft White Sports Band because I still have my Milanese Loop (I didn't sell it when I sold my original Apple Watch). I'm not a huge fan of the Sports Band because it pulls at my hairy arms, but I have multiple other bands to use. Siri can talk now and I find myself using it a lot more on the Series 3 Apple Watch, especially because of how fast it is. I've started using more apps like Remote to control my Apple TV and AutoSleep to track my sleep at night (which I can now do thanks to the better battery life). In my opinion, it was definitely worth the upgrade from the original "Series 0" Apple Watch and I am loving it even more now.
