People are increasingly used to engaging with a blend of social, content, functional and transactional experiences within a single app. The common strand across these evolving experiences is meeting people’s needs. In this talk we’ll discuss a new framework and insights on what and how today’s users are engaging and paying. From adopting a breadth of use cases, to doubling down on one niche use case, we will discuss how apps should cater to the users of the future.
