Street Fighter II: M5 Max Plus is an extremely high difficulty hack similar to Rainbow Edition. Extremely high CPU difficulty where the enemy can teleport directly in front or behind you negating many of your attacks and also can shoot more projectiles than you can with the same attacks.


Fighters can change mid fight, many special moves are severely buffed, and everyone has custom color palettes.
