This ARCAP Webinar focusses on how research is informing the development of more autism-friendly workplaces.
ARCAP’s National Manager, Vicki Gibbs and Detective Acting Sergeant Lauren Rowell from the Australian Federal Police (AFP) present a research study on neurodiversity within the AFP and strategies that are increasing and better supporting neurodivergent staff.
Professor Adam Guastella from the Brain and Mind Centre discusses the "Switched On" program, an end-to-end employment support program for the employer and the Autistic job seeker that has been piloted with excellent outcomes.
