Archduck's Small Song Compiledom: Volume 1
5Celebrating my 1 year anniversary of joining Youtube, I've collected the small songs that I've accrued over my time composing, and put them all in this special video to share. I rarely set out to write a small song, so there's only 10 of them to share with you. Down below you'll find timestamps, and below that you'll find descriptions of each song.
So, what counts as a "small song"? They are songs that are less than a minute long that would never end up as their own video otherwise.

Descriptions:
Unsteamed and Unswinged - Just a unswung remix of Steamed Hams. I enjoy the meme and of course, if you know who I am, the theme is a swing song that just calls out to me.
Age of Mario - This was supposed to be a full remix, and a lot more fleshed out, but I could just never get past the beginning. Started, and stopped, right around the time of Age of Empires 4 being announced. Out of all the songs on this list, this one has the highest chance of being further developed and released as an actual video later on. That is, if I feel like it.
The Last Hero - "So, there's no one else is there. It's all up to me." The Last Hero was written alongside the original, bad version that I'll never share, of "Vigilante of Dusk", with the idea of a melancholy, heroic song.
Not Family Feud - I wrote this for a school project, simply for the reason that we were doing a gameshow, and I couldn't get the idea out of my head. As a result, it has two little alternate versions of the theme that exist, rather than the rest which are all one and done.
Scare Chord - A streamer I watch, same one as the inspiration for "Death by Majima", was playing Mario and the Music Box, which was... a game. This little thing constantly played for whatever reason during gameplay, which we dubbed the scare chord. Naturally, I went and using the chord, transposed it to what I'd say is a dang good recreation of the original.
The Theme of Your Cursed Drawings - I got this idea in the middle of watching a drawing stream. I feel like that's all the context needed.
The... Lick? - This song was written because of my fun writing unswung remixes. I decided, if I'm taking all the other swing out, why not target the infamous lick directly? This might also sound familiar. Another song of mine, "A Taste of Darkness", was actually inspired directly from this little joke.
Inspired - If you know the deep Archduck lore, you'd know that I've been having trouble composing as of late. This song is named what it is because I finally had some strong inspiration and was able to write very recently.
Victory Theme - Inspired from a song I have yet to release, capturing the feel of a battle at sea. There was a part I wrote that was much too out of place for the song itself, but I liked it, and wanted to keep what it was. That's what ended up becoming this little victory theme fanfare. This is also the song that made me want to do a small song compiledom, fun fact.
But Why? - Taken from W A L T Z, the April Fools composition I wrote. The ending phrase taken from Never Gonna Give You Up was fun, and was fun to send to various people I knew.
