Second boss in mistsong summit dealt with on normal mode. Finding the best strategy wasn't easy but after some time wiping we figured it out.
Best tips I can give are 1. Never stop moving through the whole fight. Tons of mechanics punish you if you stand still for more than a second so keep moving.
2. Have a regroup point set or just watch who gets the green debuff to remove the debuff that does tons of damage on everyone.
3. with 4 adds, assign each dps and the tank to take their own mob then just all quickly do the ladders. the quicker you do it all the quicker you can get back to dpsing the boss
