Notes on randomiser: autoscrollers function as normal levels, all levels are randomised except Extra stages which are not included in the rotation, bosses appear only in stages which have bosses but the boss which appears is random, yoshi only initially has the ability to stock one egg, abilities to use items like keys, springs, more eggs must be unlocked on the archipelago multiworld, hint location is obtained for helicopter which is required to beat 6-8.
6-8 Bowser's castle is not randomised and is still at 6-8, all 4 rooms are run through in a random order on 6-8 (rather than picking one) before the kamek room, to unlock 6-8 you must defeat the other 5 X-8 world bosses (ie. slime, flowerpot, piranha, koopa and raphael).
