Penrose Studio's have made some amazing VR animation stories over the years, this is no exception. Superb!

Game Description from the Developers:
The sea levels have risen, and a young woman and her father live in a lighthouse perched atop the ocean’s surface. When he goes missing, she must descend deep into the post-apocalyptic waters previously forbidden to her, embarking on a thrilling journey of family history and self-discovery.

Arden's Wake stars Academy Award-winning actress Alicia Vikander as Meena and acclaimed actor Richard Armitage as Tide. This VR animated film won the inaugural Lion for Best VR at the Venice Film Festival and was the official selection at the Tribeca Film Festival.
