In my early 20's it was a challenge to find a job, so I'm in no way saying that it isn't hard to find a job nowadays. I'm just wondering if lack of interviewing skills are the result of people not getting hired. I know other factors play a part like resumes, when you submit your applications, and possibly companies posting jobs that they aren't actually looking to hire for. For this video, I just want to focus on the interviewing aspect because this is something I've witnessed first hand.
