122Apple's new set of iPhones are difficult to recommend - they're not bad smartphones by any stretch of the imagination, but this particular generation is such a small advancement from last year's that it's not really worth it. With other phones (the S9 or the OnePlus 6, or even the Pixel 2) on the market being just as fast, packing great cameras and costing half as much, Apple are loosing some ground.
Our verdict? Wait until next year. Unless you wanted a larger iPhone X - then this is perfect for you!
