- With MSFT purchase Fallout and Obsidian under same owner once again
o Immediate discussion of a potential Fallout NV 2 or new spinoff from Obsidian
o NV 2 just catchy, but I think desire is a spinoff game

o Bethesda reluctance in the past – but now under MSFT ownership
- Obsidian even clarified on what a NV 2 would entail

- But this is still a ways out – work on this couldn’t really start until the deal is final
o Still likely years away
- But even things like remasters seem more likely now
o Remake of NV or 3 on updated engine by one of the many Xbox studios
o Xbox seems way more likely to do remakes compared to Todd not loving it
 But MSFT needs to capitalize on these IPs after 7.5 bn expenditure
- Simply put – seems insane that MSFT would leave BGS biggest IP to date dormant for another 10 years while BGS does their thing
