The Lagstorm enters an old man's house after his death, and finds strange things there, including a police man that seems like he's WAY too strange to be any good, and also a time paradox stuck inside a painting.

Things get weirder from there, and then we're off to the races on the ocean, and then a train, and then somewhere else entirely, in this classic old school adventure game that left The Lagstorm scratching their head from time to time.
