My solve of "1000" by Florian Wortmann, a sudoku using the Arrow and Sandwich constraints.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits placed on an arrow must sum to the digit placed in that arrow's circle.
- Sandwich clues outside the grid give sums of digits between 1 & 9 in their row/column.
