Arggggh UBISOFT Places Convertible Bonds! Stock Down on Shareholder Dilution Risk! What Now?
8#Ubisoft. Oh Ubisoft. Convertible Bonds Placement today, shares are down around 9%. Dilution. Long-term hope to have a more healthy balance sheet, that the company buys back shares with the funds they received via the bonds. But yes, risk of dilution for shareholders is real.
I'm just surprised that the healthy balance sheet is achieved via convertible bonds and not via better revenue numbers... but hey, I'm not a financial expert. What do you think?
