Just a quick tutorial on where to find oil in Ark Survival evolved extinction. Unfortunately you cant find it in the sanctuary but its pretty close by. Make sure you are prepared cos you have to go into the wasteland to get it.

On the other maps you where you found it in oil nodes or oil ponds is no more... but on extinction you find it in oil rocks.

There are oil rocks close to the wall on the border of sanctuary but it is rare and is mostly found towards the south or south west close to the yellow sulphur.
