In this tutorial, I'll show you how to flat-out remove the structure pick up timer. Before, many of us relied on Structures Plus (S+) to allow us the freedom of picking up structures at any point after setting it down. Unfortunately, this function was removed from S+... I'll show you how to make it so you can pick up any structure at anytime by making a change to your gameusersettings.ini file.
