These Little Guys Hang in the dank, dark caves dotted around the island. Its a passive tame so your going to need to put Poo in your last slot in your inventory. Yep that's right POO! Large Animal Feces works most effectively. They move really slow, really, REALLY! slow but you will still need bug spray on so when your close you don't pull aggro and the AI seems to want to turn round at every crack or pebble that's in its path. So tame one and bring Breakfast - Lunch lol.
One Large Animal Feces will produce Oil and Fertilizer, but you have to set to wander and place Animal Feces in his/her Inventory. It wont nativity collect Animal Feces from your dinos :(

A dung beetle of enormous size, Scarabidae gigas is a vital component of the island's strange ecology. They are most often found in the deep caves, feeding on massive quantities of bat guano and, in turn, being hunted by other giant invertebrates that prowl the dark passages and walls. What dung they don't eat is buried in the soil, fertilizing it and ensuring the regrowth of plants. By means not fully understood, their digestive tracts can convert animal waste into both an oil-like substance and a type of fertilizer.
