Arkham Asylum has interview tapes scattered all over the facility. Each inmate has five to collect. they can be done in any order. Harley's Interview tapes are all found inside Intensive Treatment, although some can't be accessed until you return there later in the game. They are part of the Riddler's challenges and collecting them all is required if you're going for the Crack the E Nigma achievement/trophy.
Some tapes are unavailable until you've progressed the story and unlocked some of Batman's gadgets like the cryptographic sequencer, bat claw, and line launcher but none are missable as you can return to any location even after beating the game
