Chartreuse, the Glass Cannon when it comes to fighting IB-01 CEL 240. Equipped with impressive weapons (also thanks to the generator with a really high Energy Specialization) it can stagger easily as well as dealing an insane amount of damage. And think that this is a NO OS TUNING, which means that if you go for the 30% Damage Increase (15 from the weapons and 15 from Direct Hits) probably 2 damage phases will be enough for doing an entire phase.
The issue, as always, is the fact that Chartreuse is a Tank....I still have to understand how to play optimally with tanks.
If I looked correctly, this is also the fastest Fight I've ever done. No wonder Chartreuse has a really high Mission Success Rate, it deletes things super fast...except when 621 shows up and Pile Bunks.
