========How my Ratings Work========
PLOT-
The outline and basic foundation of the episode. How complex or unique is it? If it's a stock plot, does it lend itself to the show? Does everything make sense? Worldbuilding is also taken into consideration. What does the episode add to the world, and what established rules does it break? An episode can lose points due to plotholes, breaking its established canon, being bland, or requiring a few logical leaps to get from Point A to Point B.
CHARACTERIZATION-
What's your characters motivation, and do their actions match it? Is this the logical direction their arc should take? And if it isn't, is this change explained well in-universe? An episode can lose points due to character inconsistencies, or characters not being well written.
VISUALS-
How well are your shots lit? Is your CGI on point? How good are the costumes? Are the sets detailed and looking clean? Does the motion of your camera look awkward at all? And on top of that, do your actors bring their a-game?
IMPORTANCE-
How important is this episode for the show's overall narrative? Does this episode introduce a recurring character or element that you need to know about? Is this an episode that impacted the fandom? Or does this episode have none of that but instead has a certain notoriety to it that might intrigue you? Put simply, would you be missing anything if you missed this episode?
ENTERTAINMENT-
Is the episode fun? You can get a perfect score in all five other categories, but the episode can still be a drag to get through. Alternatively, your episode could be absolute garbage but still be fun to watch. How likely would you be to put this episode on if you were in the mood for it?
