Arrow-Retrieving Minigun Wisp
11A hex which summons a wisp wisp that summons an arrow from near your sentinel, fires it along your look vector (with a bit of randomness for thematics), and retrieves it if it detects it leaving the area around the wisp.
Designed and tested using Hex Casting 0.10.3, Hexal 0.2.18, MoreIotas 0.0.4, and Forge 43.3.2.
It costs 1,000 amethyst dust to fire this weapon for twelve seconds.
Not a very practical weapon, sadly, due to the extreme cost and the wisp's small ambit. Using a bound wisp would greatly improve this, but IIRC wisp binding is broken in this Hexal version. Not having to retrieve the arrows would also make it a much better weapon, but I got the idea from someone on Discord, and their concept had the arrow retrieval, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
