Believe it or not, I wrote and recorded this song when I was 16 years old. I was a bit of a musical prodigy, though you wouldn't know it by looking at me now. These old bones are creaking! LOL. Anyhoo, my close friend suffered the loss of someone he cared for deeply, so I decided to try and write something for him about holding on to hope even when everything seems dark.
