Rules & Restrictions

(I decided to skip showing my stats and equipment, since they are precisely the same as in the last video)
This battle is more challenging than I anticipated. Firstly, I'm at Lv. 45, which gives him a significant SPD advantage in this battle. Next, his phys attacks hurt quite a bit, even with full DEF buffs, and Death Slash is particularly irritating, since it inflicts Fainting Countdown. I also decided to forgo full phys resistance on Lucile (and that actually gave her more EXP at the end, which perfectly sets up for the next battle).
I wanted to learn Focal Tachyon so that we have an effective means for debuff removal for the Light Deity & Nullus, and possibly for a few other battles. (The trick is to use Whistle right before his HP gets to 50%, so that when this threshold has been reached, he'll use Focal Tachyon on your party)
The next two battles are pretty rough, but at least the mid-game battles will be completed.
