My Initial Thoughts:
This game has been long awaited and much needed in the community and as a result it now sets the bar and a new benchmark for VR.
This game ticks all the boxes, amazing visuals, high production values, great story telling, superb sound, atmosphere by the bucket load, memorable characters and an amazing companion system.
I've been playing the game for around 10 hours now and only just completed 4% of the game, admittedly I have been taking my time searching all areas, unlocking secrets and finding rare loot and crafting items.
This is one of those games that pays dividends to take your time and explore!
The level design is very similar to the new God of War game on PlayStation and the dungeons are like a glorified Skyrim complete with 'from-the-ground' up fighting and combat mechanics.
By far this is my 'Game Of The year!' 2019!
If you like the content and quality of games like Lone Echo, then Asgards Wrath is going to give you many, many hours of enjoyment, and I can see this game selling headsets alone on its own merits.
It's a game changer for VR. Superb stuff!
