ASMR Cooking Bruschetta (no whispering)
Sizzing starts at 8:30 - That's my favorite part. :-)
I hope you find these sounds relaxing. I've always loved the sounds of cooking.
In this video, there's packaging sounds, slicing and cutting sounds, sizzling sounds and some crunching right at the end.
I know typically bruschetta is cooked in the oven, but I like this method since it leaves the mozzarella warm and almost melted.
The combination of tomato, basil and mozzarella with the butter toasted baguette is perfect.
Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese; the most popular recipe outside of Italy involves basil, fresh tomato, garlic and onion or mozzarella. Bruschetta is usually served as a snack or appetizer.
