In this video, I give you some personal attention! I will tell you to perform my simple instructions such as following objects with your eyes, picking an object and watching it, telling me the color of objects, face painting / drawing on you, and do memorization of objects. I have a lot of hand movements, relaxation of muscles, and describe a calming scene for personal attention as well! For the sounds, it involves some tapping sounds, heavy whispering, rubbing, spray noises, verbal reassurance and relaxation drawing on you, hand sounds, layered sounds, eye contact, fluttering fingers, and some mouth sounds that are inevitable with my mic x3 I hope you enjoyed and this video helped you relax in a spooky way
