Ok i wanna talk about my opinion about the VN, i really fucking love it, idk since the time i played the beta version i really loved this visual novel, like it really hit home, that feeling of wanting to escape all your problems, even if your life is "not that bad", like when i was like 13 i really hated my life, i wanted to escape my house, and i was really close to doing that, but thankfully i didnt had the balls, but it was for the better because i would have just died, but yeah i was able relate to the Aeden a lot, all his thoughts, his problems, etc, but at least he had a waifu lmao, but still, i really liked the message at the end, even if your life is shit, its not a good thing to just run away from your problems, its better to just face them no matter how hard it is, because you still have people that love you, and also you probably have things worth fighting for, and i find that message really beatiful, i had been struggling with my life for 21 years, i had a lot of moments were i just wanted to give up, but i still try and try, even if everything is so shit, but whatever, also another thing i loved about this VN is the relationship between Aeden and Kaira, it was cute af, at moments i thought they werent going to end up as a couple and they just loved each other as siblings but yeah when they were together in that journey they were able to realise how much they love each other, and the moment of the kiss was amazing, i wish i was able to record my reaction, even after i was spoiled i was so happy when it finally happened, 10/10 uwu, well thats the things about the story that i liked, now lets talk about the game itself, i cannot say too much because this is just like the third VN that i had ever played so im not an expert but everything was fine, i didnt got any bugs, as far as i remember, the music was fucking beatiful, it was so relaxing the majority of the time, but some songs were also depressing, there is like a song that starts depressing but eventually it becomes just relaxing, idk how to describe it but that was my favorite song, someday im gonna buy the full soundtrack because i really like it.
Ok now its time to talk about the things i didnt like, Daimen, i agree with a review i read on steam, Daimen its just not necessary for the story, i get his role on the story but its not really that interesting compared to the main two, and we didnt got confirmation if he is death or not, and also him being a criminal was sort of random imo but whatever, i liked that he felt bad about what he did to Aeden and was really worried about his friends but still if he didnt existed the story would had been just fine.
Ok now something i liked but at the same time i didnt liked, its not a critism more like just my preferences, that some stuff wasnt explained, like how and when did Daimen became a criminal, if he was death or not, Aedens past, it was like implied that he suffered of bullying i think but i would have liked to see more of that but whatever i understand it wasnt necessary, also i would like if someday we get "aspiring light 2" or some sort of sequel so we can see or favorite couple in the future it would be cool but i dont think its gonna happen, but still, this was a great VN, i really enjoyed the story and the message, also if you are reading this JY, thanks for putting my name in the credits even though i did a terrible job as a beta tester lmao, but i hope i was able to help at least a little bit, also sorry for playing the game so late, i was waiting for you to announce the game release on discord or yt but you never did so i didnt know until i asked lmao, i really loved this VN and i hope it gets more recognition in the future because it really deserves it, and also i would love to see more VN coming from you, i wish you the best with whatever you are doing with your life now.
