Since people have problem figuring out how to "unlock" the entrance to the Lair of Romulus in Terme di Diocleziano, I have put together this video.

Steps to follow:
Reach sequence 6 (preferably complete it).
Go to Terme di Diocleziano (it is in the area you unlocked when reaching sequence 6).
Follow the aqueduct southeast.
Repair the two broken parts of it (if you haven't destroyed the Borgia Tower you will have to do that first).
Once the aqueduct is working (you will see water flowing when repairing the last of them), go back to Terme di Diocleziano.
The waterlevel has now risen and you can climb up to the entrance.
