Assassin's Creed III Multiplayer Public AA Session

After a long time, I'm back recording PC gameplay. So, after my motherboard got burned due to overheating and... Subsequently... Sniffles... My gorgeous GPU... Sniffles again... I had to buy a whole new computer, without a GPU, saving money for more important things such as a future exchange I'll be doing on next semester. :)
I can still play games on it but frame rate isn't as good as before. I'm not bothered though, good and decent games. Though, my account is considered as a "Hacker account" by Punkbuster services (that's how Ubisoft manages to ban hack in MP games since ACB. They cutted it off on AC4, which runs pretty bad on my PC now :/ ), my NAT is always green at the upper right but when going to "Online" in the options menu, my NAT is actually strict (red) and I have a bad upload, probably due to Punkbuster. I've been playing AC3 on PS3 and Xbox 360, I often get good upload and Orange to Green NAT on both consoles so that's an issue regarding PC only. Don't know how to fix it so that's how it will roll.
