Great news you can now play the PS3 version of Assassin's Creed with the PS3 emulator called RPCS3. The frame rate is playable it has a low of 30 fps to a full 60 fps. The emulator is still in Alpha Stages but the emulator is getting faster all the time. This video is the gameplay.
